Mark Blankespoor
Starting as a programmer in the early 1980s, Mark Blankespoor has a wealth of experience with our products and clients. He held technical, support and general operations positions before his 2004 promotion to lead the Precision suite of solutions. Now officially serving as senior vice president and general manager of Precision Processing Services, Fiserv, Mark has been instrumental in establishing some of our largest accounts and has worked with the Precision product since its inception.

Daryl De Vos
We pride ourselves on industry-leading client service. Daryl De Vos leads several groups, including support of Precision and several ancillary products, as well as installation services and third-party integration.

Kevin Fread
In 2002, we began offering Precision in an outsourced environment from our Onalaska Data Center. Under Kevin Fread’s direction, we provide daily processing, data communications, data security and item imaging solutions to client banks.

Jana Graff
As head of product management, Jana Graff sets product direction and the business plan for the Precision suite. Since 1991, Jana has worked with both support and development for our suite of solutions.

Chip Hortness
Formerly at Unisys, Chip Hortness brings more than 25 years of sales experience to the existing client sales team.
Chip leads a group of sales account executive who ensure our clients have the products they need to prosper.

Paul Keen
You could say that prospective clients see more of Paul Keen than we do. Often, Paul is on the road to educate financial institutions how they can leverage our technology, features and benefits to achieve their long-term business goals. The efforts of Paul and his team help us develop a strong pipeline of new business success.

Kent Mews
As product manager of Precision, Kent Mews focuses on overall product strategy. Over the years, he's gotten to know the core system very well. He has installed Precision systems for new clients and been instrumental in developing and conducting education sessions as well as annual user and release meetings.

Pam Rempp
We've taken major steps to strategically position Precision in the larger community banking marketplace. Pam Rempp leads the support and customized development for this group of clients.

Paul Westendorf
Unlike other bank platforms, Precision offers clients hardware systems support. Paul Westendorf oversees team members who stage and prepare servers for bank installation and answer hardware-related client inquiries.
